Dedicated to the memory of Tony Whitehead
Set up in loving memory of Tony Whitehead, a brave and courageous man, who is greatly missed by his wife, daughter, family and friends. He will forever remain in our hearts and memories. We want to do all we can to raise awareness and money for St Leonard's Hospice who we can't thank enough for the fantastic care and support given to Tony and his family in his last few days of life.
